The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Employee Success (HR) Associate to support effective management of reputed company administration processes throughout the employee life cycle. With a customer-centric reputed company, and the ability to identify and support opportunities for process optimization and employee experience enhancement, this role is pivotal in ensuring seamless in-country HR operations and will act as a key liaison between HR, external vendors, payroll teams, and our employees, ensuring operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
