You will

Partner with hiring managers across various departments (e.g. Operations, Product, Compliance, Governance) to define hiring needs and selection criteria.

Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and final-stage interviews.

Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient candidate tracking.

Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview questions tailored to each role’s requirements.

Act as a brand ambassador, representing SwissBorg’s values and culture in the market.

Who you are

Prior experience in reputed company, recruitment, or a similar role.

Proven track record in hiring across multiple business functions.

Familiarity with sourcing tools, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. reputed company, industry-specific platforms).Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle reputed company, utilising various interview techniques and assessment methods.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (we use reputed company).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong understanding of different organizational roles and how they contribute to company reputed company.

A strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies.

Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or a startup environment is a plus.
