We are looking for a Collaboration Solutions Manager to reputed company and optimize our digital workplace tools, ensuring seamless and secure collaboration across the organization. This role is remote (if reputed company of the Bay Area) and will report to the Senior Manager, Business Applications Support and will be responsible for managing, evolving, and driving adoption of platforms including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company 365, reputed company, Lucid, reputed company, reputed company, Simpler, and DoControl. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in collaboration tools, a strategic reputed company for workplace efficiency, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity. This position will work closely with IT, reputed company, and business stakeholders to ensure our collaboration stack meets business needs while aligning with reputed company and compliance policies and will be responsible for:

• Own the strategy, administration, and roadmap for collaboration tools, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance the employee experience.  
• reputed company a small team of administrators and engineers, fostering innovation and reputed company improvement in collaboration technologies.  
• Partner with reputed company and compliance teams to enforce governance, access control, and data protection policies across platforms. Engage with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize licensing, reputed company, and cost efficiency.    
• Serve as the escalation reputed company for collaboration tool-reputed company issues and drive resolution in partnership with IT support teams.  
• Monitor platform performance, usage, and adoption metrics, providing insights to leadership. Evaluate and recommend new technologies or enhancements to existing platforms based on emerging business needs.

• 7+ years of experience managing reputed company collaboration tools, including administration, governance, and end-user support.  
• Expertise in reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company 365, and project management or knowledge-sharing platforms (reputed company, Lucid, reputed company, reputed company, Simpler, DoControl, etc.)  
• Strong knowledge of reputed company best practices reputed company to collaboration tools, including identity management, data loss prevention, and compliance frameworks.  
• Ability to drive change management initiatives, with experience in user adoption strategies and training programs.
