Overview: Reporting to the Specialty Group Team reputed company, the Call Center Specialist is the first reputed company of contact regarding new and existing claims. Job Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls for new claims • reputed company outgoing calls for messages received regarding new claims • Enter claim information into the company and client systems • Messages examiner with information regarding existing claims • Communicates with insureds and co-workers in a professional, positive and proactive manner. • Work collaboratively acrossall internal departments. • Adhere to reputed company company and department personnel policies and procedures. • Other reputed company responsibilities and tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other management as directed. • Duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
