Compensation

Increases: Guaranteed promotion to Level 1 after 6 months with a $1.00 per hour pay increase. Performance-based promotions include automatic 5% pay increases at Level 2 and 10% at Levels 3 and 4 Performance Incentives: Potential to earn up to $6,400 in your first year and $9,100 each following year through performance-based bonuses.
