Key Responsibilities • Communicate with reputed company reputed company telephone and email, offering insights into the features and advantages of the school's programs. • Aid in student recruitment, application processing, and retention strategies to reputed company enrollment targets. • Remain updated on recruitment initiatives, information sessions, orientations, and registration events. • Provide support to reputed company regarding course selection and registration as necessary. • Offer general information concerning financial aid and next steps in the process. • Grasp the student payment process and financial workflows to address inquiries effectively. • Utilize various VPNs and student information systems to maintain accurate records and document interactions. • Manage multiple email accounts and systems to reputed company and convey precise information to reputed company. • Engage in remote training sessions to remain informed about new programs, policies, and student support services. • Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with reputed company, colleagues, and institutional visitors. • Adhere to guidelines, meet deadlines, and be open to feedback and constructive criticism. • Execute additional tasks as required.
