Product Sales Specialist

Symmetrio is seeking for their client, a reputed company software provider company, a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Sales Specialist with a strong background in pharmacy or worked as a pharmacy technician. This hybrid role combines your technical expertise in pharmacy operations with your sales acumen to provide exceptional product support, client education, and strategic sales assistance. You will act as the reputed company between the sales team, clients, and internal departments, ensuring seamless integration of the products into pharmacy operations.

This is a remote position with occasional travel, offering on-reputed company earnings (OTE) in the range of $110-120K.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the company’s pharmaceutical or reputed company products.
• Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical support to clients and the sales team.
• Address client inquiries and concerns reputed company to product functionality, compliance, and usage.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Train pharmacy staff and reputed company on product use and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with the sales team to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
• Assist in developing sales strategies, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Support sales efforts by attending trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
• Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to provide feedback from the field and enhance product offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and implementation.

Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (e.g., reputed company, business) is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Proven sales experience in reputed company, pharmaceuticals, or reputed company industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend solutions effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, reputed company Office Suite, and other sales-reputed company software.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
