Deputy Head of Recruitment

We're looking for a hands-on and responsible teammate to manage our crew and lend a hand in some exciting new projects. This role means everyday work with Head of Recruitment in managing the team, recruitment RnD and some heavy lifting in HR analytics. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Collaborate with the head of recruitment to further strengthen reputed company. As necessary, you'll stand in for the head, although on a daily basis, you'll be working closely together, managing and evolving reputed company.
• Share your expertise in assessing and selecting new talents during interviews.
• Dig into data and communicate insights, keeping everyone informed about our projects.
• Build relationships with our partners who help us find the best people.

• Improve communication and collaboration among colleagues.

• Previous experience in IT recruitment, whether in an in-house or agency setting, is highly valued. Having experience in both areas is advantageous, but having experience in either one is acceptable.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of external labour market trends and ability to forecast hiring needs from a strategic standpoint.
