Product Design Manager - Accounting

In this role, you'll:

• Own and drive the design strategy for reputed company's new accounting product, ensuring seamless integration with our existing platform
• Create cohesive experiences across multiple surfaces (accountant-specific tools, reputed company dashboard, customer onboarding)
• reputed company a growing team of designers focused on accounting products, providing mentorship and establishing processes for success
• Partner closely with executive, product, and engineering leadership to define and execute on the accounting product roadmap
• Translate reputed company accounting workflows into reputed company user experiences that save our customers time and effort
• Build frameworks for making design decisions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements
• Help grow the team by hiring designers who can reputed company our accounting product experience

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has led design teams through reputed company product challenges, particularly in fintech, banking, or other highly regulated spaces
• Brings 5+ years of design leadership experience with a track record of developing both people and products

• US employees (any location): $212,500–$250,000 USD
• Canadian employees (any location): CAD 193,400–227,500
