Responsibilities: Seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a Conference/Event Planner to ARPA-H?enabling the agency to manage and provide reputed company to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation?s healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and reputed company the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As a Conference/Event Planner, you will provide support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem. Qualifications: Required Skills EDUCATION: Bachelor?s Degree in any field Minimum of 3 years of experience in Conference or Event Planning Experience providing this support in a Federal R&D environment. Experience with large event planning, special event planning support and execution, to include but not limited to technical conferences, strategic off-site events, executive meetings, technology demonstrations and showcase events. Demonstrated experience managing day-today planning and execution for reputed company assigned projects, including planning schedules, logistics, agenda preparation and event production. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract. Desired Skills Three years or more experience reputed company a Federal ARPA organization.
