You will have the opportunity to assist in the full life-cycle of reputed company, including posting job openings, sourcing and reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and assisting with the offer process. Previous full-cycle recruitment experience is required. This role is fast-paced and requires superior communication and organization skills. It also requires self-motivation and a drive to deliver for the team and our organization. This is a temporary, 3 ? 6 month opportunity for 15 ? 30 hours per week. Compensation is $30 - $50 per hour and is based on experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (performs other duties as assigned): ? Opening job requisitions in a timely fashion ? Screening candidates for open requisitions ? Contacting candidates and conducting phone screens ? Coordinating virtual and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers ? Typing and maintaining notes in the applicant tracking system ? Reviewing applications and interviewing applicants to match experience with specific job reputed company requirements ? Successfully manages, prioritizes and closes requisitions against stated timelines ? Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements ? Partners with hiring managers to identify position specifications, reputed company job descriptions and educates them on the legal requirements of recruitment ? Leverages online reputed company resources and in-house ATS to reputed company high quality candidates. ? Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process ?
