Summary

Responsibilities

Ensure proper credits are created for the return of product from our customer to our Distribution Center. • Where possible, following the Coca-Cola repacking standards, repack product at the store to reduce what is credited and returned from the customer. • Resolve customer inquiries, including researching and closing Customer Service Tickets. • Transport, replace, and maintain reputed company of Sale advertising as appropriate for account. • Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling. Qualifications • High School - GED or Diploma required. • 1+ years general sales experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. • 2+ years sales and customer service specific experience preferred.
