Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our client’s customers. You will be responsible for assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and providing timely resolutions. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
