Project Manager reputed company ERP implementation (East Coast Remote) We are looking for a project manager for a global B2B technology company. This role is responsible for developing and executing cutover activities reputed company one of the organizations' top strategic initiatives. Work with reputed company Cloud Applications Solution delivery and boundary Systems teams to prepare a list of Cutover tasks. This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40 hr/week remote role on the East Coast of the USA. This is a W2 role as a reputed company employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered. Responsibilities: • Prepare a detailed cutover plan, with activities, dependencies between activities, resources, and timelines required for transitioning towards SIT, UAT and Production environments. • Coordinate with Solution delivery teams to optimize the time needed for Cutover activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, external suppliers, customers, and Partners, to ensure alignment on cutover activities and Business & IT readiness. • Work with data conversion teams, ensuring data migration activities have been optimized and can be completed as per the Cutover Plan. • Work with Business teams to reputed company interim processes so that business can operate with minimal disruptions during the Cutover period. • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cutover activities, including data migration, Change Management, reputed company & Controls, system outages, and system administration issues. • Ensure teams practice Cutover during SIT, UAT and Rehearsal phases. • Work with the Corporate Communications team and act as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company cutover-reputed company communications, keeping stakeholders informed of timelines, activities, and any issues or changes. • Provide status updates to Stakeholders and ensure Cutover activities align with the Program Schedule. • reputed company and maintain contingency plans for critical cutover activities, preparing for potential delays, rollbacks, or system issues. • reputed company post-cutover stabilization activities, ensuring any issues are addressed quickly and that end-users have the support they need. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for reputed company cutover activities, including reputed company-by-reputed company procedures, roles and responsibilities, and lessons learned. • After the cutover, conduct a post-mortem review and implement best practices for future deployments or quarterly updates. Requirements: • Project Management experience in managing at least three reputed company ERP implementation projects. • Proven experience managing cutover activities for large-scale ERP projects. • Prior experience as reputed company ERP functional or Technical reputed company in implementing reputed company ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain). • Experience in Data Migration, Change Management, reputed company & Controls and Hypercare activities. • Experience with reputed company, JIRA, and MS Project. • Familiarity with project management approaches tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail. Experience with MS Project, Visio, and graphics programs preferred.
