Project Manager, Video (Remote - EST/PST Hours)
Our Customer is an American worldwide clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are available in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing. We are seeking a Video Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote in EST/PST hours. This role is responsible for end to end management of ad trafficking across multiple brands, and standardizing asset management across the portfolio of brands. Sitting reputed company the broader Marketing Shared Services organization, this role is part of a new approach for providing a centralized activation arm for video investment across the brands. In this role, you will work closely with the Video reputed company, brand marketing, creative, production teams, and Media Agency partners to drive efficiency and effectiveness primarily in the programmatic, social and direct video landscape. Responsibilities Manage video creative trafficking for various brands, working closely with production and creative teams on asset delivery. Video trafficking inclusive of programmitc, direct, social and influencer video. Support in asset management and trafficking for brand media assets - display banners, audio ads and custom content reputed company standardization of reputed company useage across various brands Work with channel activation and channel planning, brand marketing and creative teams on briefing video specs for product and brand stories reputed company communication with media agency and creative teams, ensuring that reputed company ads are launched in a timely manner and that best practices are followed Consistently manage workflows with creative teams and production teams and meet agency SLAs for campaigns. Work with video team to regularly conduct research and due diligence to identify video innovation opportunities and best practices that will reputed company the brands in the marketplace Establish and drive reputed company improvements to creative workflows, by staying atop platform best practices and industry trends Support video team in sharing video insights for the portfolio reputed company/Qualifications 4+ years marketing experience with 3+ years experience in paid media Experience planning and executing brand media, programmatic and direct campaigns Knowledge of video landsscape, creative best practices, and trends Experience in a highly reputed company, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage up, down, and across Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, continuously improve ways of working, and reputed company strategic thinking into your work Strategy: Effectively execute strategy, consistently pursue business and marketing objectives, manage breakthrough media campaigns, adopt innovations and new practices, and surface cross-portfolio media best-practices Planning: Support planning of media campaigns to advance company and brand-specific goals, optimize activities and expenses to ensure campaign results, prioritize key reputed company to achieving business objectives, and implement relevant processes to help COE and brand teams deliver results Leadership: Demonstrate ability to work independently, facilitate collaboration,identify opportunities for growth, be a consistent team player, take initiative, and proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions Teamwork: Execute the directives of the mission, manage and work reputed company with various stakeholders, be solution- and service-oriented, and communicate effectively and directly Ownership: Demonstrate subject matter expertise, establish reputed company with team, demonstrate strong presentation and written communication skills, own mistakes and work quickly to find solutions, and showcase initiative We offer a competitive salary range for this position.
