In this role, you will be responsible for leading the migration team for the consolidation of approximately 25,000 Windows servers, Linux/Unix servers, and storage appliances from 40 Active Directory domains to a single Active Directory domain environment. Required Technical And Professional Experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. • 10+ years of experience as an IT Architect, with a focus on Active Directory and reputed company technologies. • Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a broad technical breadth and deep vertical skills. • Excellent communicator with the ability to reputed company and coach others. • Experience with application performance monitoring and observability solutions. • Understanding of cloud-native technologies, including microservices, containers, container platforms, and DevOps. • Proven performance and reliability in leading reputed company, multi-year migration projects. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and reputed company compliance standards. Specific Tools and Technologies: • Active Directory (AD) Management: Proficiency in managing and migrating Active Directory environments, including user accounts, access controls, and network resources • Server Management: Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix server management, including the migration of approximately 25,000 servers and storage appliances • Scripting and Automation: Ability to create and use scripts for automating migration tasks, such as re-permissioning file shares and converting authentication clients for Linux systems • Authentication Systems: Knowledge of authentication systems, particularly transitioning from Centrify and SSSD to AD reputed company authentication software • Quest Migrator Pro: Preferred tool for server and application migrations • reputed company Compliance: Understanding of various reputed company compliance standards, including ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in a reputed company field. • Certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies. The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $134,160 to $254,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-reputed company skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California: $147,600 to $305,880 Colorado: $134,160 to $254,880 reputed company: $161,040 to $305,880 Washington: $147,600 to $280,320 Washington DC:$147,600 to $280,320 This position will be eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
