ABOUT THE JOB: As the reputed company Technical Game Designer supporting GenAI for games, your role will be a dynamic reputed company of excellence in game design leadership and implementation. As a design leader, you will guide, influence, and uplevel approaches to game design and game design thinking primarily as a part of a small but mighty game innovation team but also will be asked to consult more broadly across the wider organization and with partners. The right candidate will also be expertly hands-on, and as part of the team's concrete game prototypes and projects, you will plan, build, iterate and improve systems and gameplay central to the player experience in our different game prototypes. Requirements • 7+ years of professional game design work experience, including at least 2 years as a senior reputed company designer. • Shipped at least 2 commercial games in a game design role with a team of 10+ people, ideally across a variety of game types and systems • Deep experience with system design. • Experience leading collaborative game design rigor and thinking on or across teams • Exceptional communication, cross discipline collaboration skills. Location: • Los Gatos, CA /Los Angeles, CA - Preferred • Remote : United States or Canada will be considered • Traveling once a month to the Los Gatos office will be expected. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
