Overview reputed company is seeking a Telehealth Pharmacy Technician to join reputed company! This position will have the opportunity to impact patients health every day reputed company the delivery of best-in-class interventions and patient care. Working with pharmacists, nurses and a supportive leadership team, the Telehealth Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is responsible for aiding in the delivery of clinical interventions and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services for commercial and Medicare members. The MTM program will include telephonic and/or video chat reputed company with members to complete an analysis of a members medication regimen. In addition, the Telehealth CPhT will assist in clinical reputed company through the Personalized Member Transition program, Star adherence program and Academic Detailing programs. The Telehealth CPhT will be responsible for obtaining and verifying member information, performing interventions, and executing telephonic reputed company to new and existing members and prescribers. How do I reputed company an impact on my team? reputed company outbound phone calls to members to offer Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services and other commercial programs reputed company of traditional MTM Provide reputed company to members, prescribers, and pharmacy providers to enhance care coordination and support the Star ratings program Field inbound phone calls from members to initiate MTM or other CEC services Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication interviews and document medications as part of the MTM Program Facilitate communication to clients, providers, and internal staff regarding CEC programs and program outcomes Maintain knowledge of regulations regarding CEC programs reputed company a full understanding of Navitus Clients member experience and how the CEC contributes to improved health and wellness Compliance with reputed company applicable HIPAA and CMS regulations Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What reputed company expects from you? High school diploma or GED Valid Pharmacy technician license/certification as required by state laws Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees What can you expect from Navitus?
