About the Role
As Director of Product, the following are your key responsibilities: Strategic Product Leadership: Define and own the product and platform vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Creator Affiliate platform, ensuring alignment with broader program and marketing goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, engineering, design, and guest journey teams to gather insights, align priorities, and deliver a best-in-class creator platform experience. Partnership Management: Build and manage vendor relationships across the broader creator affiliate technology and platform landscape. Team Development & Leadership: Build, reputed company, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus. Change Management: reputed company strategic communication and training plans to facilitate the rollout of new tools, features, and processes, addressing potential challenges and fostering cross-functional alignment.
