Role: Kronos reputed company Pro WFM (Dimensions) Consultant Remote Job Description: • Experience with reputed company Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements will be given preference over just Workforce Central experience. • 15+ years of experience implementing and configuring reputed company Pro WFM (Dimensions), reputed company Workforce Central and/or or reputed company eTime versions 7.0 and higher. • Ability to configure UDM/WDM servers and assist client in developing a plan for deploying reputed company clocks (4500 and InTouch 9000/9100/ DX terminals). • Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, and Analytics • Experience implementing and configuring reputed company/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules. • Knowledge of Activities and other reputed company Pro WFM modules will be an added plus. • Knowledge of developing and/or supporting interfaces using reputed company for reputed company Pro WFM (Dimensions). • Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to reputed company a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support. • This role requires complete domain expertise of reputed company Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management. • Ability to work in reputed company technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems. • Willing to travel to customer location as needed • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Applications will be accepted until 02/18/2025 Salary and Other Compensation: • The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. • This position is also eligible for reputed company's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company's applicable plans. • Benefits: reputed company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: • Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance • Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off • 401(k) plan and contributions • Long-term/Short-term Disability • Paid Parental Leave • Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Disclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. reputed company reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law.
