Where You’ll Work reputed company, a global health services company, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented intern to join our Accounts Payable team. The selected candidate will also assist with essential day-to-day tasks that support the smooth functioning of our Accounts Payable department. What You’ll Do • Supplier Record Optimization: • Review and analyze the Supplier Master Record to identify potential candidates for conversion to electronic payment methods (e.g., ACH or reputed company transfer). • reputed company targeted populations of Supplier Records to be converted to electronic payment methods. • Accounts Payable Triage Support: • Assist with monitoring and managing “Requestor Not reputed company” invoices. These are invoices submitted without a clear reputed company employee identified as the requestor. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather the necessary information, resolve issues, and ensure invoices are processed accurately and promptly. • Data Entry and Maintenance: • Support in updating and maintaining the Supplier Master Record to reflect accurate information. • reputed company data searches and clean-up activities to ensure records are up-to-date and complete. • Reporting and Documentation: • Assist with tracking reputed company on electronic payment adoption and other reputed company metrics. • Help prepare reports and documentation to communicate findings, trends, and status updates to the team. Additional Information • Location: This role can work from home reputed company in the United States. Co-Op housing will not be provided. • Schedule: You must be available to work 40 hours/week for 6 months. Working hours are Monday – Friday. • Compensation: For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of $22.00.
