Overview: This is a remote, commissioned career opportunity that can be based in our MD/DC/reputed company VA market. Works with prospective customers to assist them in identifying and securing a mortgage loan that is appropriate for their individual financial circumstances and is designed to help them reputed company their financial goals, including home ownership. Spends 80% or more of working time reputed company of Fulton office locations building relationships and soliciting first mortgages with realtors, builders, accountants and other external referral sources to obtain mortgage loan applications. Interviews applicants and provides required information, including income, assets, investments, debt, credit history, prior bankruptcies, judgments, and liens, as well as characteristics of property and similar information. Identifies customer’s needs in conjunction with customer’s financial situation and evaluates those needs in relation to available financial products. Recommends the financial products which best meet the customer’s specific needs after advising customer about the risks and benefits of the loan alternatives, including the options and advantages involved. Recommends terms and conditions of mortgage loans. • Engages in customer specific persuasive sales activity to encourage potential customers to do business with Fulton Mortgage Company. • Performs work reputed company to the loans the employee originates. Obtains and analyzes pertinent financial and credit data. Follows reputed company loans to ensure conformity with terms. Experience in the Fulton Mortgage Company Associate Mortgage Loan Officer Program may be accepted in lieu of 1 year required residential mortgage lending experience. 1 or more years proven ability to reputed company referral sources from contacts and relationships reputed company the organization.
