Seasonal - Loan Specialist I - Collateral Servicing

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The - Loan Specialist I Collateral Servicing (Seasonal) is responsible for processing any or reputed company of the following: Insurance Policies for reputed company accounts with a balance in excess of $250,000, UCCs, Vehicle Titles, Cash Collateral, other collateral as requested, Exception Clearing and Imaging of Files. The incumbent will: Review and process UCCs received daily Image and file reputed company incoming documents and files Process UCC continuations, amendments, and terminations as needed Track name changes on UCCs and notify lenders reputed company received Process insurance policies received daily Review reports weekly to ensure accounts have reputed company insurance coverage Process Vehicle Titles for name transfers and liens and track for receipt Second review of Mortgage Releases Responsible for imaging UCC, Insurance documents, and loan files reputed company needed Clearing collateral exceptions as needed Assist with special projects as needed Responsible for being familiar with reputed company compliance regulations and policies that are applicable to this position and follow and ensure compliance with these regulations and policies Note: Reasonable accommodation may be made to reputed company otherwise reputed company associates/applicants with disabilities to reputed company the essential functions of the job. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) or more years of reputed company or similar experience Basic knowledge of reputed company and consumer loan documentation and reputed company regulations Ability to complete work in a timely fashion with little to no supervision while performing duties, as demonstrated in previous experience meeting regular production goals Experience working with reputed company Outlook, Word and reputed company PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS The physical requirements and environmental conditions of this position consist primarily of: Sustained sitting at a desk or workstation Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor Frequent typing using a keyboard and/or calculator Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 25 lbs Normal office environment with comfortable internal temperatures and low level noise Apply Job!
