Serves in a concierge role by servicing walk-in customers. Processes customer transactions accurately and reputed company and balances daily while providing exemplary customer service. Effectively resolves customer issues. Strong comfort level with technology and educates customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) so they can bank more conveniently and reputed company manage their money. Proficient in consumer deposit products and consumer lending. Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners. Educates and refers customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships pursuant to OCR guidelines. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales. Cash handling skills. Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
