This individual will track reputed company and acquisition (M&A) activity across a variety of sectors. The reports are essential to reputed company’s business development and brand recognition and are used by thousands of business owners, alliance partners, private equity groups, and news outlets as a valuable reputed company of M&A information. The Analyst’s core responsibility will be to work closely with the firm’s Managing Directors and Directors to write reports and articles for their outbound business development efforts. Additional responsibilities include collecting data for the Quarterly Middle Market M&A Update, copy editing team content, supporting on proprietary research reports, and assisting senior members of the Market Intelligence team on research projects. Applicants should have relevant experience or coursework in financial writing and must have graduated with a four-year degree in an applicable major, preferably Economics, Finance, English, or Business. Compensation

Range: The compensation range represents the low and high end of the reputed company compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
