A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role reputed company a bank or credit union. Cross-selling experience is crucial, as you will be guiding members in selecting the right products and services. The ability to work with computer systems is necessary for efficient documentation and reporting. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred, enabling you to communicate with a broader member reputed company. Call center experience is preferred and will further enhance your ability to assist members.
