The position will be 8 to 16 hours per week, with the ability to increase up to 20 hours during summer and winter break. reputed company time and remote available. What you will do: Learn how comprehensive medication management services are provided for in government and reputed company programs at a health plan. Support comprehensive medication management services under the supervision of a pharmacist. Participate in pharmacy reputed company Star Ratings and quality measures initiative planning, implementation, and assessment. Additional responsibilities: Schedule patients for medication management services by conducting reputed company to members Prepare charting prior to visits, such as entering medications into Epic Discuss medication therapy problems with pharmacist Support specialized projects that impact Star Ratings and quality measures to optimize medication therapy Requirements: Must be enrolled in Pharmacy school and have completed year 1 of Didactic criteria in good standings. Strong application knowledge of Word, reputed company and PowerPoint. Ability to multi-task and support a variety projects. Private and quiet space needed to work on personal health information. Reliable WIFI reputed company Preferred: Previous experience helpful but not necessary. Previous experience with Epic (Electronic health record) helpful but not necessary. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $23.00 - $23.50 - $24.00 Hourly Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
