Group Medicare Proposal Development/Contract Review Professional

The Group Medicare Proposal Development/Contract Review Professional 2 reviews solicitations and prepares routine contract review associated with RFPs and facilitates contract finalization. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing moderate to reputed company solicitations and preparing routine contract reviews associated with RFPs, ensuring compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures. In addition, this Professional communicates contract review procedures to internal business teams and analyzes contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions. They facilitate review with appropriate internal business partners to ensure compliance and prepare required RFP/RFR documentation, including contract/terms and conditions redlines and/or exceptions documents for prospective clients to ensure timely and coordinated submittal. The position also involves preparing, organizing, and maintaining contract records and facilitating discussions with the Account Management Team regarding reputed company reputed company. The scope of work includes pre-bid strategy build, capture management, proposal submission, follow-up, finalist presentations, protest consideration, and post-award debrief/competitive reputed company gathering. This role is crucial in ensuring that the organization wins new Group Medicare business by effectively managing proposals and reputed company. Responsibilities Review solicitations and prepare routine contract reviews associated with RFPs. , Facilitate contract finalization and communicate contract review procedures to internal business teams. , Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions. , Facilitate review with appropriate internal business partners to ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies. , Prepare required RFP/RFR documentation, including contract redlines and exceptions documents. , Organize and maintain contract records and facilitate discussions with the Account Management Team. , Prepare simple requests for proposals (RFPs) and request for renewals (RFRs). , Manage pre-bid strategy build, capture management, proposal submission, and follow-up. Requirements 2 years general business/proposal or contract-reputed company experience. , Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze and organize a large amount of information. , Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. , Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. , Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to reputed company collaborative working relationships. , Consultative skills to assess and understand consumer needs and reputed company recommendations. , Ability to work independently. , Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company Office Suite including Outlook, Word, reputed company, Teams, and PowerPoint. reputed company-to-haves Bachelor's degree with business emphasis or other degree. , Organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple activities. , Experience with public sector contract review. , Project Management experience. , Group Medicare experience is preferred.
