About the position As a Field Auto Adjuster at reputed company, you will be integral to the auto claims handling process, conducting assessments and writing estimates directly at customer locations, repair shops, or tow yards. This role requires a reputed company of customer service, investigative skills, effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities to ensure a smooth claims process. You will engage with customers through various communication methods and utilize technology to manage claims reputed company. This position is not entry-level and requires prior experience in auto collision estimating. Responsibilities • Write estimates for auto claims directly at customer homes, repair shops, or tow yards. , • Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and written communication with customers to assess and finalize estimates. , • Investigate casualty claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage. , • Negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and reputed company-party carriers according to legal and business standards. , • Utilize various tools and platforms for claims processing in a fast-paced environment. , • Maintain accurate documentation of claims in the claims system. Requirements • 24 months+ experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell. , • Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers. , • Strong attention to detail and ability to write precise and comprehensive estimates. , • Comfortable with utilizing technology and various platforms for claims processing. , • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple assignments effectively. , • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job requirements. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with auto estimating programs such as CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell.
