Position Overview: The Corporate Support Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned territory of mortgage office staff and maintains an efficient workflow for the reputed company's loan pipeline. This role provides compliance training, manages the team's industry knowledge, and identifies talented personnel during the interview process. Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in Operations, Processing, or reputed company. • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' management experience. • Understanding of the mortgage lending function. • Knowledge of processing, closing and funding loans in accordance with investors and agency guidelines including federal and state required practices. • Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, GNMA and VA housing loans. • Experience with Encompass LOS system, a plus. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Excellent prioritization and time management skills. • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite.
