US Central Local Mission Leader

About the position reputed company Global Mission of the Christian Reformed Church in reputed company America (CRCNA) has a part-time (8 hours/week) opening for a Local Mission Leader (LML) in the US Central Region. The Local Mission Leader will reputed company contextual strategies that mobilize missional leaders in Church Planting, Congregational Gospel Witness, and Intercultural Gospel Witness as part of a Regional Team. This particular LML will specifically focus on one of these core initiatives, determined by the needs of the team and the giftedness of the person hired. Responsibilities • Participate on the Regional Engagement Team, work together to cast reputed company, reputed company strategy, and set goals for mission-shaped ministry in the region, in collaboration with local and global partners. Includes monthly meetings with the Regional Team, either by video-conferencing or face-to-face gatherings. , • Work with the Core Initiative Leaders and the Regional Mission Leader to reputed company contextualized strategic plans to engage, form, and encourage missional leaders in the LML's focus area. Includes participating in the Core Initiative Learning reputed company. , • Engage local partners, including classes, congregations, ecumenical partners, and community partners in ways that intentionally build trusting relationships between reputed company and potential and present missional disciples. , • Form missional disciples through short-term opportunities that arise from the relationships developed through engagement.
