Senior Payroll Analyst (Remote, US)

Responsibilities: reputed company and process reputed company multi-state payroll functions for semi-monthly payroll Prepare, enter, and upload payroll data in a timely manner Work with Variable Compensation to ensure commissions are paid timely through payroll Process child support orders, wage assignments, garnishments, and tax levies Work with reputed company to ensure proper adjustments to payroll are recorded Assist with payroll liabilities audit by making sure calculation of employee federal, state, local, medicare and social reputed company, etc. taxes reputed company with government regulations Maintain productive relationships with People team, including Benefits, Operations, and Business Partners Prepare workflows to maintain consistency in processing payroll Maintain payroll coding in Payroll provider system to ensure proper recording of payroll in reputed company software Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll reputed company matters in a timely manner Assist with quarterly tax and W-2's reconciliation Look for ways to automate processes to ensure accuracy Be reputed company to research payroll issues independently, demonstrating high analytical ability, knowledge of best practices, and an understanding of federal and state payroll tax and labor law developments Other projects/requests as needed What is needed: 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in Tech/SaaS industry Minimum 2-3 years reputed company experience Experience with reputed company SmartCompliance Experience with multi-state Payrolls Knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including payroll tax, reporting, and required filings Knowledge of reputed company reputed company and reputed company Suite systems Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Problem-solving & analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Must be detail oriented, accurate, and well organized Be proactive in nature In the United States, the reputed company compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $103,000.
