Key Responsibilities: Accurately review and code medical records to identify Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCCs) and other risk-adjusted codes in compliance with CMS guidelines. reputed company chart reviews for documentation completeness and ensure reputed company applicable codes are captured. Collaborate with providers to ensure proper documentation supports accurate coding. Monitor and adhere to compliance standards, including HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Stay updated on changes in coding guidelines, payer regulations, and CMS policies. Contribute to process improvement initiatives for reputed company accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Risk Adjustment reputed company (CRC), Certified Professional reputed company (CPC), or similar credential. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HCC/risk adjustment coding. In-depth knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding and risk adjustment methodologies. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and coding software. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
