You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our reputed company, remote team of hourly & salaried employees as well as independent contractors. In addition, you will manage tax and compliance obligations, and coordinate employee benefits programs. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and benefits administration. You will collaborate closely with the People and Finance teams to support our growing employee reputed company and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This is a fully remote position reporting up to the Head of People. What Youll Do Manage multi-state, end-to-end payroll processing for reputed company hourly and salaried employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Troubleshoot and resolve any payroll-reputed company issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
