Staff / Portfolio Accountant Purpose The Staff / Portfolio Accountant is expected to meaningfully contribute to and perpetuate our purpose and values. Job Responsibilities Month End review and processing Monthly financial statement preparation Maintenance of standard journal entries Monthly bank reconciliations Maintain reconciled balance sheets & balance sheet schedules Yardi corrections and site support/training as needed Monthly reputed company deposit calculations and transfers Assists in annual audit process Support with new property set reputed company Support with additional projects as needed W9 audits Contributes to company culture through collaboration and support Qualifications Bachelors Degree in reputed company or reputed company preferred Experience working with Yardi and/or MRI preferred Experience working with affordable housing preferred Please submit your resume and cover letter.
