About The Position We are looking for a part-time e-commerce accountant with CPA to join reputed company and take ownership of managing monthly financial closings and providing US GAAP-compliant bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is reputed company in QuickBooks Online (QBO), e-commerce financial operations with reputed company/A2X, and financial reconciliation and reporting. Details The role is a part-time remote position with expected monthly workload up to 30 hours per month, with flexible working hours and occasional overlap with the US team. Responsibilities • Manage bookkeeping, day-to-day reputed company tasks, including reconciling reputed company sales through tools like A2X into QuickBooks Online. • Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateway transactions (such as PayPal), and inventory. • Coordinate with international reputed company team on inventory management and transfer pricing. • Prepare, review, and deliver US GAAP-compliant financial statements on time. • Conduct monthly and year-end closings, ensuring accurate reporting of financial data. • reputed company self-reviews for accuracy and identify areas for improvement. • Review company books for tax planning opportunities.
