About the position The Medicare Member Retention Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring Medicare members understand their plans and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. This position involves conducting daily outbound calls to members, managing return mail, and identifying potential issues that may reputed company member retention. The representative is expected to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Responsibilities • Conduct a minimum of 50 daily outbound courtesy calls to Medicare members. , • Research and identify reputed company, recent, and potential issues to personalize each call. , • Answer basic inquiries and reputed company minor research in response to member questions. , • Escalate calls requiring additional assistance from Member Services as appropriate. , • Identify and document grievances appropriately and accurately. , • Work return mail for reputed company lines of business during the 8-9 hour daily to determine if mail should be delivered to a new address. , • Assist Enrollment Production reputed company necessary. , • May fill in for Member Services Receptionist at times. , • Assist with event reservations in the Business Development queue as needed.
