Director, Business Transformation

About the position The Director of Business Transformation will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's capabilities and performance by designing and implementing strategic initiatives. This position involves collaboration with the Chief Transformation Officer and other leaders to foster innovation and improve customer and distribution experiences. The role requires monitoring and evaluating transformation efforts while ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the organization. Responsibilities • Support the chief transformation officer in developing and executing the organization's transformation strategy and roadmap. , • Partner closely with the PMO and reputed company Improvement teams to reputed company and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects on time, on budget, and on scope. , • Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation, improvement, and optimization across the organization. , • Be an integral component of the product development team. , • Facilitate change management and stakeholder engagement processes to ensure alignment and buy-in from reputed company levels of the organization. , • Establish and maintain effective communication channels and feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders. , • Monitor and measure the reputed company and impact of the transformation initiatives and report on the key performance indicators and outcomes. , • Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices and emerging trends in industry transformation and innovation. , • Provide training and guidance to staff and managers on transformation and innovation initiatives. , • Other duties as needed to support the team and organization.
