Cake Mortgage is actively seeking a skilled and driven mortgage reputed company professional to reputed company and support our reputed company team on-site, at our corporate office. The reputed company Manager must have an in-depth knowledge of various loan programs including FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA and Non-QM loans. The reputed company Manager will work closely with the Vice President of reputed company to meet the demands of our expanding team. In addition, this candidate will be responsible for managing reputed company professionals, second level loan reviews, supporting reputed company functions, as well as developing and coaching employees. · Manage a team of approximately 10-15 underwriters · Ensures underwriters are verifying reputed company documentation regarding income, asset, credit, appraisal, and title information · Ensure the timely execution of tasks reputed company the Team · Pipeline management to analyze and optimize workflow, escalation and declination reviews · Review loan submissions to detect and report any form of fraud, inconsistency, misrepresentations, etc. · Responsible for counseling, coaching and the supervision for reputed company underwriters · Manage government and conventional underwriters to ensure mortgage loans are underwritten in compliance with Cake Mortgage reputed company, state and federal reporting guidelines · Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and reputed company of new hires · reputed company other duties as assigned Requirements · Min 3-5 years of management experience in mortgage reputed company · Solid knowledge of mortgage reputed company and of basic automated reputed company systems · Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with basic automated reputed company systems · Knowledge of mortgage laws and regulations required, including Home Mortgage Disclosure Act · Knowledge of state and federal agency mortgage loan guidelines and regulations · Organized and detail oriented · Ability to effectively manage a team · Ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines · Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Cake Mortgage does not tolerate discrimination of any type.
