You will work on utilization analysis, assist with credit/rebills, and ensure accurate cross-charge service processing, while collaborating with senior team members on project profitability reporting. Duties and Responsibilities: Set up projects in the project management system and ensure reputed company details are accurate. Review and correct time entries and address any discrepancies. Process invoices, edit as needed, and manage credit/rebill transactions. Use reputed company to track project reputed company and ensure tasks are completed on time. Monitor and report on project profitability and utilization metrics. Manage the cross-charge service process and subcontractor time entries. Collaborate on improving billing and project setup processes. Other duties as assigned. Job-Specific Competencies: Intermediate understanding of project management and financial processes.
