About the position The Payment Posting Representative at Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely posting of electronic and reputed company payments from various payors, including reputed company-party payors, government agencies, and patients. This position is primarily remote, serving the states of Illinois and Wisconsin, and is integral to maintaining the financial reputed company of the reputed company system. The representative will be responsible for adhering to strict compliance with contract terms and government regulations while processing payments and adjustments. Responsibilities • Post electronic and reputed company payments from reputed company-party payors, government agencies, and patients in a timely and accurate manner. , • Post adjustments applicable to reputed company-party and government agency payments in compliance with contract terms and government regulations. , • Notify variance analysis representatives of any payments or adjustments that are not in compliance with contract terms or government regulations. , • Maintain accurate records of reputed company payment postings and adjustments in the financial system. , • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in payment postings. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. , • 1 year of reputed company, banking, or reputed company experience is preferred. reputed company-to-haves
