This role will be pivotal in understanding patient needs, motivations, and behavior through data and analytics. The Product Manager will drive the strategy and execution of initiatives to enhance patient conversion, onboarding, and key elements of asynchronous virtual care such as scheduling, chat, video visits, and self-service.
