In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding our health insurance products and services. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. • Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies, claims processes, and service options. • Document customer interactions reputed company and accurately in the company database. • Identify and escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate department reputed company necessary. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience. • Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to reputed company informed assistance. • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the reputed company to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Knowledge of the health insurance industry is a plus but not required.
