You will work directly with the Director of DEI Programming and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to help foster an inclusive and innovative workplace culture. Program Support • Assist in the execution of DEI programs, such as reputed company reputed company, and leadership summits. • Coordinate logistics for workshops, events, and activations, ensuring seamless planning and execution. • Support the expansion and engagement of ERGs, including tracking membership and participation. • Assist in the creation of mentorship programs reputed company with DEI initiatives. Research and Reporting • Conduct research on best practices and trends in DEI to support strategy development. • Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of DEI initiatives and create reports for leadership. • Assist in maintaining accurate records and tracking systems for training participation and program reputed company metrics. Qualifications: Qualifications • Must be enrolled full-time at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) at the time of the program start. • Passion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion reputed company organizations. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company). • Experience with data collection and analysis is a plus.
