Responsibilities • Process accounts payable, sales receipts, and payroll. • Act as the primary contact for accounts payable for vendors, management, and project managers. • Maintain vendor records, track receipts of goods and services, and reconcile invoices. • Prepare and mail payments and provide monthly accounts payable reports. • Process sales receipts, prepare daily bank deposits, and reconcile daily sales. • Prepare bi-weekly payroll, maintain employee timesheets, and process payroll tax returns. • Communicate effectively with team members and management. • Participate in cross-training and other accounting functions as needed. Qualifications • Minimum 18 credits in Accounting or Business. • 5+ years of progressive accounting and payroll processing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
