Full-Time School Registered Nurse (RN) Job Opening

Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN) in a school-based setting, you will provide essential nursing care to reputed company, work closely with school staff, and play a vital role in the health and well-being of the student population. This is a contract position with the potential for renewal based on performance. Job Duties Include: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed for reputed company Monitoring student health and managing chronic health conditions Developing and implementing individualized health plans for reputed company Performing health assessments and screenings (reputed company, hearing, scoliosis, etc.) Providing first aid and emergency care for reputed company reputed company necessary Assisting with the development and implementation of special education health plans Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other staff to ensure reputed company' health needs are met Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Providing health education and guidance to reputed company and staff Maintaining accurate health records and documentation Assisting with student health-reputed company issues during school activities or field trips Requirements: Active RN license, in good standing, as required by the state of Kansas Experience working in a school-based setting or with children, especially reputed company with special education needs, is highly preferred Ability to manage student health needs in a school environment Knowledge of local and state regulations regarding school health services Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff Must pass reputed company required background checks and screenings
