Although this is a REMOTE position, reputed company candidates must live in San Antonio, TX. As a Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company), you will be responsible for establishing relationships with patients and their families, and assisting them with enrollment and education of the care plan. You will work alongside physicians, advance practice providers, and other nephrology care team members in a collaborative, fashion to build these patient relationships and drive communication with the entire care team to facilitate and organize appropriate patient education, nutrition, vascular access, and transplant referrals.
