Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities Coordinate and reputed company for our patients' care & create an appropriate discharge plan. Review patients' charts, and meet with families and reputed company providers to establish the most suitable course of action. Should remain in contact with patients and their families during the hospitalization stay.
Qualifications
