Job Description

Owns: · Owns a set of 40+high value insurance targets (Named Accounts) that generates an increase of 25% in Risk Management new net reputed company per year. This includes house policies, brokered policies, and claims management. . Minimum of 20 in-person sales calls with named accounts per month, reputed company in CRM . 5 proposals per month . 2 closes per month · Owns development of desk-level transactional insurance sales program that grows at a minimum of 25% per year. reputed company by reputed company growth (separate from policy sales). Teaches: · Train employees reputed company region on limited liability and claims each year, recorded & reputed company in PDC. · Teach and track for reputed company customer interacting, quoting and/or pricing employees the art of the deal in selling transactional insurance, recorded & reputed company in PDC. Qualifications

Knowledge · Three to 5 years’ sales experience desired · Continual growth with industry knowledge as demonstrated by proficiency reputed company speaking with customers and internal stakeholders Skills · Demonstrate success in meeting quotas, targets and sales/reputed company goals · Excellent spoken and written communication skills, which include the ability to speak effectively in a class and sales setting Behaviors · Able to drive sales opportunities through individual pursuit of targeted companies · Able to demonstrate expertise to build credibility with insurance buyers · Able to build influence through effective networking, internally and externally · Able to foster and maintain relationships with key influencers · Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region on a regular basis · Hands-on, business minded approach · Self-starter, detail oriented, good with time and territory management . Able to work will with minimal supervision Training Requirements · 52 hours of training per year · Industry training with opportunity and as relevant · Completion of CE credits to maintain Insurance Producer’s license Education and Experience · 4 Year College Degree · Completion of the Expeditors Insurance Course . Must obtain and maintain Insurance Producer’s license .
