Who are you? You are naturally curious. You take initiative. You communicate well. You drive projects independently, and report up clearly to the management team. You have at least 5 years Canadian payroll experience, bureau payroll experience is preferred (EOR and/or PEO experience is advantageous). You have an in-depth awareness of the data points required to complete and review accurate payroll globally & you have experience in automation. Your role You will be a subject matter expert on Canadian payroll alongside other Americas / European payrolls and will have experience: • Leading a payroll team, or multi country payroll bureau including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. • End to end payroll processing. • reputed company the accurate and timely processing of payroll for international employees, payroll system approvals, bank payment approvals, and ensuring payroll compliance with reputed company local, regional, and international regulations and standards. • Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to processes and systems. • Manage internal and external payroll inquiries clearly in terms a non-payroll expert can understand, providing guidance and support to other departments and clients regarding payroll-reputed company issues. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
